A great coach shapes far more than results. They shape how players learn, how confident they feel, and how far they go. Develop the coach, and you develop everyone they touch.
I've worked every side of this: as an academy coach at Manchester United, as a coach educator designing and directing UEFA A, B and C courses for the FA and PFA, and as Head of Coach Education for a national association. I've also mentored professionals into their own coaching careers, among them Michael Carrick, Conor Coady, Patrice Evra, Michael Keane and James Tarkowski.
My work isn't about handing coaches a method. It's observation, honest feedback and reflective practice, helping coaches shape their own identity and build environments where players want to learn.
